This was the highlight of our trip here in Marrakech. Charlotte was incredibly communicative and planned our experience from pick up in the early morning to drop off at the end of the adventure. When we drove up to the tent site, the sun had not risen yet of course so we were greeted to a romantic scene of flickering lights from the tent and from the fire pit outside. A team member had tea ready and waiting and we had a brief orientation with Charlotte. Safety was key and she made sure even where we took off was the safest and most optimal for our experience. And the flight…oh my goodness. For someone like me who is terrified of heights, I couldn’t have felt safer and more serene than being in this balloon. The views were phenomenal. What is more is that you really felt Charlotte’s passion for this sport. The entire team was just lovely and the breakfast at the end was delicious and a welcome treat. Charlotte and her team really go the extra mile for their clients. I highly highly recommend Maroc Montgolfière. If we had more time, we were honestly thinking of going a second time!! Thank you so much to Charlotte and her team. This will be one of our most favourite memories!!

We had a wonderful experience! Since the beginning it was great. The team was responsive by email and WhatsApp for the booking and organization process. The pick up was easy and on time. The reception camp was very cute with tasteful decorations, lights, camp fires, coffee and tea to welcome us before the early flight. The team was organized and welcoming. The pilots are very experienced they took the time to explain all the process , and answering our questions in multiple languages. The take off process was smooth and fun! The time in the air was magical ! Magnificent scenery, with the sunrise over the Atlas Mountains shining with snow, surrounded by other montgolfières, truly wonderful and beautiful. Unforgettable experience. The landing was easy, afterwards they had drivers that took us back to the camp where they served a nice Moroccan breakfast. We loved it !! A highlight of our trip to Marrakech! a perfect way to close the year ! 1000% recommend !! Thank you Charlotte and Jérôme

An absolutely unforgettable experience. Everything was perfect from start to finish, the hospitality, the friendliness, and especially the pilot. He’s truly one of a kind: charismatic, funny, full of beautiful stories, and he makes you feel like you’re stepping into a real adventure. And honestly… what a handsome guy too. It felt like being in a movie. Watching the sunrise over the foothills of the Atlas Mountains was breathtaking. After landing, we were welcomed with a delicious breakfast that made the whole morning even more special. This was one of the absolute highlights of my trip to Morocco. I can’t recommend it enough. If you’re in Marrakech, this is something you do not want to miss. 10/10 — truly magical.

First some backdrop. This company seems to be operating for more than 30 years when only 2 operators were there. Presently run by second generation daughter and his partner. The reason to select was detailed information on website and ease of booking and communication. Pick up and drop from hotel is included in the package. Be prepared for early morning waking. The welcome at location was fantastic. We were explained what to expect while take off and landing and safety measures. They fly 2 balloons at a time. And both the pilots are experienced and understand the anxiety and excitement of first timers. We had a fabulous ride amidst the sky with the Atlas Mountains range right in front of us. At a time we had 12 passengers and the other balloon had 8. Post ride you are served Moroccan breakfast; please don’t expect a lavish layout as in your buffet. Decent serving with good taste. You are handed over the proof of flight as certificate in Arabic. And off you go to your abode. Definitely worth every penny. Safety is primary priority for them. Loads of fun with lovely pilots and their team. Just go for them; wouldn’t repent at all.
